We are seeking a driven, self-motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Manager to join our team. This is a solid opportunity to join a team and contribute to the growth and expansion of a well-established staffing company that specializes in temporary labor. The team member we seek will have strong communication, sales and problem solving skills, the willingness to go the extra mile for the client and our company, as well as be able to deliver results without direct supervision.
The candidate must be:
· Experienced at growing and/or expanding a staffing business from the sales side
· Able to sell our staffing and training services to new clients
· Able to think outside the box and not afraid to do things differently
· Able to work a flexible schedule and travel as needed to meet with clients
· Prepared to interact with both clients and employees
· Experienced with temporary staffing (environmental cleanup and demolition experience is a plus)
· A highly motivated team player who can work effectively on their own with little direct supervision
· Effective in communication, both written and spoken
Essential Job Functions:
· Maintain rapport and relationships with existing clients and personnel
· Develop new market niches in order to diversify our business
· Sell temporary staffing services through phone calls and face to face meetings
· Developing and maintaining relationships with current clients
· Fill staffing orders for clients with minimal advanced notice and do so with qualified and reliable temporary employees
· Communicate effectively with employees, clients and our office staff to resolve any issues that may arise
